On the palate, it is lush and juicy, displaying wet rock minerality, orange blossom, lemon peel, and early peach components at the mid-palate. This vintage beautifully balances citrus, stone fruits, and subtle tropical nuances. The wine naturally balanced itself with just under 15 g/L of residual sugar, maintaining the lovely tension Tantalus seeks in this wine year after year.
