On the palate, the wine is generous, fresh, and full-bodied, featuring a concentrated but graceful personality with seamlessly integrated baking-spice notes and silky, fine-grained tannins. It is characterized by its remarkable elegance, "essense-of-Burgundy" depth, and an extraordinary, mouth-watering persistence on the finish. This 100% Pinot Noir has an ABV of 14% and was aged for 10 to 12 months in 100% new French oak barrels produced by the winery's own onsite cooperage. While the estate has practiced sustainable viticulture since the 1990s, this specific bottling is not certified organic. The optimal drinking window is estimated from 2024 through 2054.
